Is the Government shutdown really about saving dollars or about making Obama a one-time President?

I think the majority of the American PEOPLE are paying attention to who's really atttempting to destroy our economy. The Republicans are making many attemtps to make Obama look bad, but in the interim, their decisions are detrimental to the American people's families and livelihood. Not only did blacks and hispanics vote Obama in, but also caucasians and their likes. Obama was voted in "BY THE PEOPLE". Bush was voted in "BY THE SUPREME COURT". Nobody said a word.... interesting.
