Seeing Someone's Name Everywhere...?

What happens if you see the name of someone everywhere? You think about them sometimes? It didn't work out with this person as a friend or lover, but some days you see their name, their nationality, their hometown etc everywhere. Does that mean anything? Or is related to the conscious mind selectively perceiving stimuli related to this individual?
