I have pain in my low low left abdemend and my mom says i have to go to the doc PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!?

Its a sharp pain in my low left abdemand and i need to find out what it is please awnser back!.......and i cant walk or move a sertant way it hurts just sitting down staight and i went swimmin if that helps but please help me .thanks
