my wrists are weak i guess you can say but lately theyve been hurting alot. i read that forearm workouts can help this so i tried that workout where u have a bar with a shoelace and a 5 lb weight attached to it and u have to wind it up but when i do it i get a very sharp pain in my wrist and it cracks constantly. and dont tell me to go see a dr because if i wanted to do that i wudnt of asked this question
