Isn't Obama increasing taxes on everyone, not just those making over $250,000?

Obama says no taxes on those making less than $250,000. Why is no one mentioning that when the Bush Tax cuts expire, we will all realize tax increases. Inaction is a tax increase. I am in the lower end of middle cl and will realize at least $2000 in tax increases. Unless someone extends these tax cuts we are all in trouble! Why isn't anyone talking about this???
