My iBook G4 doesn't want to download itunes 10.2.2! help!?

You don't download 10.5. You might as well ask how you download a Windows XP to Windows Vista update. It's a major upgrade that was paid and required you to get the disc. You'll have to get one, and make sure it's a retail copy. You cannot run iTunes without it, period.
