Im trying to work something in lux? 107x10 (with a 6 above the 10)?

like say i have to calculate the intensity (in lux) of the suns light at venus if the suns light at earth is 32000 lux?has to do with distance to?venus-100 million km,earth-150 million k...i don't understand how to work it out on calculator let alone my head.lol. physics is new to me,i can understand the theory but was never good at math...like 107x10(with a little 6 up and beside the 10) does that mean 107x10 to the power of 6? or am i getting it totally wrong..can anyone give me a quick run down? lamens 101?so i can try and figure this out..please help!
