Is there a browser that disables cut/copy/print/printscreen/scr… tools to secure uploaded content?

The content (the content could be files of any type for example - Flash/DOC/XLS/Power point/AVI/Mp3/CAD CAM) will be at the server and this needs to be accessed over the internet by students. Is there any browser in the market opensource or propreitory that disables the following options like 1.cut 2.copy 3.print 4.printscreen 5.screencapture tools. As the content uploaded is very sensitive and needs to be under maximum security it should also be immune to forthcoming new tools. That means there should ideally be patches being sent to update any new tool developed on a later date.
