How can I get into JYP Ent ?

what system do they use when they choose new trainees ? And how do trainees .. train ? Is it possible for trainees to become an idol in South Korea ? And can trainees train for one year or less ? And the main question is,can they take as a trainee girl or boy who doesn't look like Korean at all ? I mean simple Europeans ?
