How can I find auditions for Broadway?

well, I have always dreamed of performing on Broadway. Right now I am 13. I have very little acting experience. I have been in local plays like Bye Bye Birdie where I played the role of the Sad Girl. I auditioned for Fiddler on the Roof, where I had a call back for the role of the littlest girl. I turned down the call back because of gymnastics. Oh yeah, I can do a couple stunts because of gymnastics, I can't really dance though. How can I start getting my name out there? I want a plan and the steps I need to take to eventually make it to Broadway. Include lessons I would need to take. thanks guys!!!!!
