Dose he really like me? I really need your help?

ok so i have been talking to this guy for a while now and im really not sure is he likes me or not. H told me that i was really cute and that i have nice eyes and a nice ***. and we have hung out a few times and he is a really funny person. and i like him back but the thing that i dont like is the fact that he still talkes to his ex and i think he kinda still likes her and he said he is trying to get over her. i just hope that he is not using me for that. and like when she had asked im if he was talking t anyone he tld her about me and she got mad.. but yet again she has people that want to beat him up idk why.. uts alla confusing situation. So i guess what im trying to ask is dose he really like me? And what would u do in a situation like this? please help i need ur opinions please....
