Does anyone know of a good work from home job?

i am a 21 year old homemaker and i am just wanting something to do, and because of medical reasons i am unable to work most jobs..... so i was just wondering if there are any real work from home jobs out there? maybe something like a home typist or something like that. and please if you really dont know what you are talking about then please dont answer..... :)
