Does anyone else have a problem with Gretchen Carlson on Miss America? ?

She's sort of the premiere featured consultant on the season premiere of the reality show Miss America...I think her being a known Republican and making it SO obvious on the show (bulging eyes at a contestant's suggestion that gay couples should be able to adopt) just ruins the spirit of the competition...I'm annoyed that while watching it, I have to think, "Is this show a little bit too slanted to the right?" I mean, it wouldn't surprise me, but come on, this is supposed to be unifying and symbolic.
