Did that take in account?

i submited my appeal against visa settlment and i still waiting for about 4 monthes for answer i ring the tribunal in uk to ask about my appeal if it was there but it still not forwarded from the emby when i been in emby recently i find that they done the review of decision and sure no chance for good news even my appeal is in the shelf since these 4 monthes and its not forwarded yet to tribunal please how long i should wait more did the emby send fast the appeal to tribunal if they sort out the review how much that take and did these 4 monthes take in account of all the time of appeal treatment thanx
