When my dad drinks we fight its like spaghetti and meat?

I am at a loss. For my whole life my parents have argued with each other about everything and had no problem being loud about it so me and my little brother could hear it. For the majority of this sad excuse for a family's existence i blamed them both; My mother for being very demanding and temperamental while DRUNK; my father for being the most retarded DRUNK on the planet. Now that i am older i have realized it is 80% of the blame fall upon my father. When drunk he says the stupidest things, and wont leave you alone when asked nicely. He bother me and my friends whne ever they come over, now no one wishes to come to my house. He also says I'm a douche bag and says **** you constanly. He continues this stupidity until i lose my patience. When i lose my patience he acts like a complete victim and says that i bully him. Then when an argument breaks out he says stupider, and mean things and forgets he said them literally 5 secs after saying them. He does the same to my younger brother and his friends as well. when i finally say that tell him that he is drunk and he shuold just go to bed he get extremely angry and violent. He is a delusional, sociopathic, alcoholic and i dont know what to do anymore. Please help
